Unclean, car receptionist never picks up the phone. Loud location with a decent view.

Unclean towels with stains, floor was visibly dirty, overrun and understaffed for the occassion and amount of tourists that were there. Basement was absolutely gag worthy.

Disappointed, and this was the last time I stayed there.
Pros:

The room is quite OK.

Cons:

1. No Sound Proof.
2. Breakfasts were terrible, foods was terrible, service was a mess.
3. Carters were not helpful
4. The cars parking set up was terrible, it was a mess.
5. Cleaning Staff didn't help.
6. I asked for 1 envelop, the reception said they don't have one!!!!!

The buffet had a wide variety of food, and the chefs made delicious omelettes. friendly reception staff during the day

Cons:

Room cleaning only included changing towels and taking out the trash. To have the bathtub cleaned, the bed linen changed, the floors vacuumed, and the bathroom amenities replenished, I had to contact the reception separately each time.

I arrived late at night and was greeted by an unfriendly staff member. He appeared annoyed for no reason and kept muttering to himself. I will attach his photo to this review. He did not provide his name and pretended not to understand my questions.

He also refused to provide a second room key, claiming it was against hotel policy. When I asked him to show me the policy, he directed me to the information board. However, there was no rule stating that a second key could not be issued. After I pointed this out, he eventually gave me the second key.

The night-shift employee was unprofessional and unfriendly. The check-in process took an unnecessarily long time and left a very negative impression.
