Vị trí tuyệt vời, ở dưới rất nhiều tiện ích, mình đã ghé lại lần thứ 2.
Pros:

Bữa sáng đa dạng, phong phú phù hợp cho mọi khách hàng. Nhưng từ ngày mùng 3 Tết trở đi, khách quá đông nên nhiều món ăn không bổ sung kịp.

Cons:

Khách từ ngày M3 Tết trở đi quá đông, nhân viên có vẻ quá tải nên đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng chậm, và quên ko đáp ứng mặc dù đã nhắn lễ tân 2 lần.

Did not meet expectations

The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The reception staff were not very friendly or helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no proper parking area, and parking in front of the hotel is poorly arranged, making it difficult to move cars in and out.

Luxurious hotel with great facilities, helpful staff, and wonderful view of Nha Trang Beach and mountains
Pros:

We stayed 8 nights at Muong Thanh Luxury and luckily got an upgrade for a discounted price. The Executive Suite on the 30th floor graced us with an wonderful view of Nha Trang Beach and mountains. The room is spacious and the furnitures and amentities are of great quality. We especially loved the jacuzzi tub! The hotel itself has a lot to offer: swimming pool, gym, karaoke, bar, massage etc. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of vietnamese and european dishes. All the restaurant and reception staff are professional and provided the best service - always very helpful and friendly. Thank you Muong Thanh for a great time!

Pros:

The room was excellent and very well appointed. Water pressure was superior to any hotel I have been in. Buffet very good and smiling staff and great selection.

Cons:

The chef uniforms, probably best to give them tea towels so they are not wiping their hands on their actions and jackets as it's visibly unhygienic and stained.
The restaurant needs a deep clean of walls and rangehoods etc.
As a chef and executive Sous Chef myself of 25 years in restaurants and hotels in Australia it's very important. As a guest sitting at the tables you can see all the places you need addressing quite easily.
Sometimes the best thing to do as staff is be a guest for a day and see what's not up to standard like air vents, toilets (close the door and look around), look up at the roof and walls), apart from that really nice.
