Caótica, achei desrespeitoso ter viajado de SP e ao chegar, não terem lançado minha reserva que fiz com antecedência.

Cons:

Da desorganização durante o processo de reserva. O anfitrião, muito confuso, queria me mandar para outro hotel uns 3 km de distância! Recusei, até que consegui me hospedar no Spazzio mesmo, porém tive que trocar de quarto, o que me fez perder uma manhã toda!
