Everything, the manager who is probably the owner too helped us book the lan ha bay cruise too which was very reasonable, cool and peaceful place.

Cons:

A jetspray in the toilet would have be a plus.

Victor hat sich um alles gekümmert, war bei Buchungen behilflich und immer freundlich. Im Restaurant konnte man gut essen.

Die Karaoke im ganzen Dorf, auch in der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Sees nervt, aber gegen 22 Uhr war alles meistens ruhig

Very beautiful view
Pros:

The owner was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and I really liked the view from my little balcony. I had my breakfast there. Good location.

One overnight in Cat Ba
Pros:

Well located, and good price. The manager was serviceable although too shy

Cons:

Lack of cleaning. The fridge did not work. As in many other homestays, the breakfast could be a bit better in assorment. If the room is to the main street, it is quite noisy

Pros:

Victor est très accueillant, il s'est assuré que nous arrivions bien à l'hôtel, a booké la croisière pour nous.
Pour le Nouvel An nous avons partagé une collation, et au petit déjeuner nous avons été accueilli comme la famille avec le gâteau traditionnel et une carte de bonne chance !
J'ai pu louer un scooter malgré que tout soit fermé avec le Nouvel An et il a mis le plein dans le scooter gratuitement.

Cons:

Dans la douche il n'y a que le shampoing, pour le savon il faut traverser tout la salle de bain.
