The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, it was not crowded and preferred by locals. The restaurant in the entrance of the hotel is awesome. The owner was very kind and it was easy to communicate.
We got to the hotel by taking ferry from Tuan Chau which had great views of Ha Long Bay and then took a shuttle from the ferry to the city centre, and after our stay returned to Hanoi with the bus the owner of the hotel arranged.

Reservamos habitación estándar con 2 camas. Estaba limpio y el personal era muy amable. Tiene tv con Netflix y aire lo cual se agradece con el calor que hace.
Nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días.
Desayuno a la carta, nos dieron bananas adicional y contratamos el tour con ellos a buen precio y estuvo muy bien!
La zona donde estaba era tranquila pero a 15 min a pie en donde está la zona más céntrica.
El wifi el la habitación funcionaba muy mal.
No había agua caliente en varias ocasiones o se acababa muy rápido.
No dan toalla de mano.
Tampoco hay cortina, lo cual se moja todo el baño h queda así un buen rato.
Los colchones son demasiado duros.
