Hall light shone thru a window above door so room lit up all night. Only owner spoke English so had to phone back and forth to comunicate.

Balcony and size of the room

Cons:

This is only an option if you don't have anything else to rent. The cleaning lady was exceptionally rude. She only cleaned after we put the trash outside. There was constant trouble closing and opening the door. The toilet seat fell off. And honestly, something strange was happening in the room across the street. Here, for a change, the lady was constantly cleaning. There were strange people hanging around. The Vietnamese are incredibly nice people, so I don't think we should support someone who isn't.

A cheap place to stay. Honest owners.
Pros:

The price and the little balcony.

Cons:

It looks a lot nicer in the picture! It just feels pretty rough. It’s hard coming from the north, where so much more care goes into properties. They were friendly enough the staff. A/c worked well. They did a nice job on our laundry!

Die Lage ist super angenehm, da sich das Hotel in einem Viertel befindet, in dem hauptsächlich Einheimische leben. Ausserdem ist es am Ende einer sehr belebten Straße, sodass man zwar alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hat, aber dennoch ein wenig entfernt vom Lärm ist.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schlecht gepflegt und die Fugen im Bad sind teils schimmlig. Ausserdem hängen Spinnweben an der Decke. Solche kleinen Schönheitskorrekturen sind schnell und günstig erledigt, sodass ich es nicht nachvollziehen kann, wenn so etwas unerledigt bleibt.
