Dirty unit, poor maintenance, broken heater, disappointing hotel experience.
Pros:

The parking space is spacious and easy to find, which makes visiting very convenient. The parking rate is also reasonable at RM5.00 per day, offering good value for visitors.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel advertised as 4-star on Booking.com. After checking in, we had to cancel our itinerary for around 1.5 hours just wait for the cleaner to reclean the unit. The bedsheets, mattress protector, pillow covers, and comforter cover were all very dirty, and the mattress protector even had yellow stains. Even the towels had visible stains.

The entire unit felt old and poorly maintained, as if nobody was properly taking care of the cleanliness and comfort of guests. We were honestly shocked that a hotel in Kuala Lumpur with a 4-star rating could be in such condition.

To make matters worse, after staying for two days, the water heater stopped working. We highlighted the issue to the reception, and they offered us a room change. However, due to limited time and concerns about needing to recheck the hygiene condition of another unit, we decided to reject the offer. As a result, we had no choice but to bathe with cold water in the morning and at night, which was very inconvenient and unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Other than the large unit size, there was very little provided in the room. Even the cups and mini bar fridge in the unit were dirty, which further reflected the poor hygiene standards. We also had no choice but to purchase disposable towels because we did not feel comfortable using the towels provided by the hotel. When we requested cleaner towels, the staff repeatedly informed us that the hotel was fully booked and no better towels (without stains) were available.

Overall, this stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected.

Pros:

Spacious room. Near LRT station.

Cons:

The dim lights in room make us feel spooky. Can't even see things clearly. Car park is old and scary.

Lobby, car park and ur room might be in three different blocks.
