My check in was at 2pm after a long drive we expected our room to be ready at 2pm our room was available at 5pm not cool at all and Cindy was not friendly at all we did not get an apology at all they just did not care not professional at all and no reason why our room was ready 🙁

I had issued with the they over charged me for a little 4 years old boy I’m very disappointed I did ask if I have to pay more they said no they did charge me $60.00 more food are awful place is beautiful but I’m not happy with the price

Not what I expected!
Pros:

Beautiful views and beach, however the resort is overprice.
I stayed in the golden room nice size restroom but kind of tidy room. Request extra towels they were in such bad shape I didn't even used it, my doggie has better shape towels. Also the resort is in urgency of TLC, very small pool. Food so-so ceviche was the best, again food is bit overprice for the taste. However the employees are very helpful and attentive probably besides the view the only positive. Not invited to return for the price there is better places to stay in.

Pros:

To many bugs there was a scorpion in the bathroom my 12 year old granddaughter saw it ran out the bathroom. There was trash between the beds . The people in the kitchen were rude specially one of the girls.
