E' stato molto piacevole essere svegliata alle 7 del mattino del mio ultimo giorno in Australia, dal rumore degli operai che spostavano il ponte della impalcatura davanti al balcone...

Se fossero stati onesti nel dichiarare che c'erano lavori in corso MAI li avrei scelti per la mia ultima tappa in Australia.

Cons:

Sono stata in albergo di persona il 23 gennaio per avere alcune informazioni, ho chiesto disponibilità e conferma della presenza della piscina e solo allora mi hanno detto che era in manutenzione e non era disponibile. Come da loro istruzioni, ho prenotato online il monolocale che mi avevano indicato (x 24-27 gennaio), poiché, hanno detto, che DOVEVO PRENOTARE ON LINE... dopo avere quindi pagato una NON RIMOBORSABILE (altre opzioni non c'erano), mi è arrivato un messaggio in cui mi informavano dei lavori di ristrutturazione per cui era prevista la sostituzione degli infissi, garantendo il minimo impatto sui clienti.
Invece mi è stata data una camera con BALCONE INACCESSIBILE E INFISSI CHIUSI E NON APRIBILI. Le impalcature oscuravano completamente la luce. A richiesta di avere una altra camera, ce ne offrono una un paio di piani più in alto, sempre con le impalcature e gli infissi chiusi, ma, almeno c'era più luce. Al ritorno, la sera del 24, anche a quel piano il balcone aveva la luce completamente ostruita. A richiesta di avere una camera conforme a quanto pubblicizzato ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di vino, che di certo non risolveva l'assenza di areazione naturale e di luce.
Come se non bastasse, ancora oggi, non ci hanno restituito la cauzione (che avevano assicurato ci sarebbe stata restituita in 5, massimo 10 gg) e rispondono solo dopo due messaggi, comunicando di controllare meglio sul conto (anche se avevamo già allegato gli sceenshot che evidentemente non hanno nemmeno guardato).
A seguito di questa ennesima presa in giro HO CHIESTO IL RIMBORSO per avermi venduto una camera con balcone SENZA AVVISARMI DEI DISAGI CHE AVREI AVUTO e assegnandomene una buia, con gli infissi bloccati e balcone inaccessibile.

Vedremo cosa risponderanno...

Great location in the hub of the city, spacious apartment.

Cons:

The property was very dated and for a 6 person apartment, there were not 6 plates and bowls provided which made food making a problem. Additionally when we tried to check out, there was no staff member and we couldn’t get into the car park to get our car which was really frustrating.

Excellent hotel to stay for 3 nights close to all area of Sydney
Pros:

Although the room was in need of an upgrade the room was clean and well serviced. The apartment was large and well appointed with kitchen. We had all our meals in. The outside balcony was excellent and view from 9th floor was good.

Not luxury but comfortable. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location. A/C. Kitchen and balcony. Super roomy with living room and kitchenette. Great water pressure. Loved the breakfast at the sister hotel. Great variety and perfect start before touring or excursions. Washer and dryer weee a plus.

Dont Stay at Facilities extremly poor quality.

When we first arrived it took over 30 minutes to checkin.
Got to room balcony door locked and no access due to work in which we only only messaged about the day before so we couldn't cancel or we loose our night pre paid night for free cancellation.Tryed to open windows probably only an inch for fresh air.
Neither air conditioning worked so it was very hot and stuffy. Couldn't get to our friends level for all of us to catch up,,, there floors were locked on lift card. Over all I would never stay here again we were offered no compensation for so many inconveniences we were prisoners in our room basically. Pool deck and terrace not accessible. Bath over shower to step into and out of way to high to step over extremly dangerous for a fall hazard. Don't stay here or you will be very dissapointed for the price we paid.
I will be contacting there head office this was unacceptable on all levels.

Fantastic location, dated accomadation but value for money in that area.

Fantastic location for quays and George street.
Good size accommodation , everything you need and clean
Helpful staff
