The young woman at reception seemed inexperienced and very unsure of a lot of things.
Could hear the trains at night
The shower recess had a rusted / scummy bottom corner.

Clean with good location
Pros:

Location was good and central. Staff were friendly and the place was very clean.

Cons:

The room was very noisy at night. All we heard were police sirens all night and city sweeper machines. Very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Strange design as the main room lacked a full length mirror and most importantly a view, but the twin room had a balcony with views, with a larger robe.

Convenient but noisy and not great value.
Pros:

Location is very convenient, short walk from Wynyard station. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy due to highway nearby. Balcony doors are old, not acoustic glass or well sealed.
Room was tired and in need of new carpets. Felt a bit cluttered with books and plants, not like a hotel room.

Great location, but room 806 needs upgrading!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Having a washing machine was helpful. Use of kitchen facilities. Secure entry to lift levels using key card. Comfortable bed. We stayed again the following week & had a better room.

Cons:

Property was very dated, windows were poor, making it very noisy, swimming pool not available to use. Uncomfortable sofa in the lounge, no dishwasher

Very poor for cleanliness & the cost for such a dissapointing experience.
Pros:

Location was fantastic.

Cons:

Apartment was filthy. Dust on everything. Spill stains on the breakfast bar walls. Sink was full of mould. Shower cubicle was mouldy. All the skirting boards where full of dust. Tops of artwork was dusty & full of fluff. Floor tile grout was disgusting. Cooktop exhaust fan could have planted spuds on the top of it. Balcony was closed of for building maintenance that we were aware of but no discounts on offer. Had to strip the bed & remaje it as the bottom sheet was only half on (mattress exposed). Mini bar was not stocked as per menu & chips were out of date.

Cons:

Bed had very hard division because two beds joined. Never had this in a king before.
Milk frozen and not replaced daily..
Had to ask twice for both shower gel and handwash to be refilled.

Do not recommend
Pros:

Room was spacious and location good.

Cons:

Room not ready on time. Room was disgusting and run down. Workmen on the balcony. Unable to use this balcony. Black marks (not sure if they were burn marks or grease)on the carpet. Balcony doors all locked as scaffolding outside. I requested another room. Paid $645 for 3 people. Not a cheap room.
Requested another room, which we got. This room was better with a balcony but cleaning was disgusting. I needed to clean the kitchen and table. Food products dried up on the table, this is not acceptable for the amount of money. No discount offered.

Not much

Cons:

Room was in a bad position. Could not open the balcony door to get fresh air as they were doing work there. Room looked onto office building. Paid more for the room than 13 nights earlier for a substandard room compared to the room that we stayed in on the 27th of February.
