Good value for money !
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk are super amazing. Despite the language barrier, their attitude was outstanding.

Cons:

The older staff male staff member in the cafe on Sunday, 31st May, was unhelpful. We asked for a spoon to dish up soup, and he just dismissed us. Some training on customer service will benefit him a great deal.

Great location, cozy rooms, exceptional staff.
Pros:

Well-designed hotel, conveniently located in the proximity of local landmarks and within walking distance from the railway station. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Much respect goes to the staff who were very polite and always ready to help. Keep up the good work, Team Atour!
