Disastrous
after a 13 hour journey we were keen to check in to OYO- I booked this place about a week before arriving so that we knew we had somewhere to go to after long travels. when getting there we said we had a booking and the man at the desk said ‘no we’re full’, I showed the booking details on my phone and he proceeded to just say that they were full. we explained that we had booked some time ago and that we must be one of the bookings, he didn’t check the computer for quite a while and would laugh at us when we kept showing him our details. after about 5 minutes he eventually said that we needed to pay to secure the booking, yet on booking.com it said that it was cash only and pay at property?? I showed him this and he proceeded to LAUGH at us. we asked him if he could do anything to help us out or if there was anywhere near by and he just said no with a smirk on his face. luckily we managed to find somewhere down the road. we were in complete shock to how we were treated at the front desk. we’ve made sure to always avoid OYO ever since. sort out the attitude of your staff and booking system
nothing
Don't stay. I made a reservation for two nights and headed to the hotel, but the reception said that it was "full", and after that, no matter what I said, they would only reply "No". It wasn't a hotel.
