Beautiful 4 bedroom house with phenomenal golf and mountain views

Keurig appartement op een prima locatie. Erg vriendelijke eigenaren die snel reageren bij vragen en tevens leuke tips hebben. En dat mooi in het Nederlands want de eigenaren zijn Belgisch.
Drie badkamers dus handig met meer personen. Tussen kamer drie en vier zit alleen een gordijn dus meer een ruime vierpersoons slaapkamer.
Keuken ruime inventaris. Prettig. Leuk terras buiten maar wel met op momenten veel wind.
Leuk zwembad op het complex. Bar aanwezig, restaurant en afhaalpizza. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf.

The apartment is well located with views overlooking the mountains. There was good outdoor space on the balcony for enjoying the views ( gets the sun from around 12:30). The beds were comfortable and the layout would allow different occupancy arrangements (sleeping for 6 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor). The apartment was extremely well provisioned in terms of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There was even a drawer full of plastic plates, bowls and cups for young children. The resort itself is well maintained and the pool area is fabulous with a good sized paddling pool which our kids (5, 4 and 1) spent many hours in. There are three places to eat and drink on site with many more just a 20min walk away. The Hiperdino supermarket just a few hundred metres up the road was great for picking up supplies. Communications with the owner were excellent and checking was a breeze. Definitely recommend both the apartment and resort.

Very interesting residential / holiday complex and an intriguing area (some of it is still getting developed). There are plenty of facilities on site & the ocean is a walk away. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated.

The entire apartment complex is very cozy, well-maintained, with lots of plants and the opportunity to eat on site. And the heated pool is the biggest bonus.

Struttura ben attrezzata di tutto, molto pulita e davvero bello anche l’arredamento. Comodo che ogni stanza avesse il suo bagno.
Il luogo davvero tranquillo con paesaggi stupendi.
Unica pecca che non c’è molto nelle vicinanze, solo un supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi e qualche bar/ristorante. Ma non era un problema perché poi spostandosi con macchina/taxi si fa molto velocemente (10/15 minuti).
Piscina molto bella ma che non è profonda, 1 metro e 40.

Fairways resort is perfect, the pool is warm normally between 27-30 degrees, the pool bar and cafe staff are really friendly, great service and good food. The restaurant is really nice, we always get the takeaway pizza on day of arrival to make life easy.
The apartment itself has everything you need including a stair gate which is really handy for kids. The 3 bath/shower rooms made life so much easier for our large group and we really enjoyed the outside area.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, had everything we needed and has a big terrace with a stunning view on the golf course & the Teide!
With the white and aesthetic houses, the beautiful palmtrees & communal pool, the community feels like a small village in Andalusia.
Thanks to the pool bar & the restaurant in the community, we didn’t even have to leave to have lunch or dinner! Overall this place is a gem, located between the green golf courses, the sea and the small but cozy marina. We loved every minute of it!

This holiday home is so beautiful! We had the best time!

We stayed in this complex before last year so knew it already but this holiday house is really the best! It’s renovated and is beautiful refurbished. We felt home immediately!

We also loved the big terrace with stunning view on the golf courses and mountains where we could enjoy and chill. The house really has everything you need. It’s so good equipped and has a brand new kitchen.

The host was really nice and did a personal check-in. He explained everything really well and gave us some good tips for nice restaurants and things to do nearby. He responded also directly when we had questions and was really friendly.

The complex and surroundings are fantastic! It’s so peaceful and beautiful with the green golf courses, nature reserve to walk, nice promenade next to the sea and the little harber of Amarilla Golf at just 5 minutes walking distance where you have so many good restaurants and bars! Also the minimarket just in front of the complex was easy to buy fresh fruit, drinks & bread in the morning.

What we also love at this holiday complex is that, If you don’t want to go out, you don’t need to because you really have everything you need inside; a lovely heated pool with poolhouse & lunchbar where you can enjoy delicious and healthy lunches, fresh smoothies, the best coffee and the happy hour with free cocktails 😃. Our kids and us really enjoyed the pool for hours and hours! Next to the pool they also loved the playground, ping pong tables and pool table and beautiful gardens with little waterfalls with fishes and cute little turtles within. Our little son of 6 years old could keep looking at them… ☺️

Also the restaurant next to the swimming pool we enjoyed! We have a great diner there and our friend did the pizza take away in the restaurant which is also nice and easy. The restaurant also serves breakfast but we rather enjoyed that on our own private beautiful terrace.
