Nice big towels in the bathroom. Room was clean. Staff are friendly. They made an effort to put me in a double room after I was allocated a room with twin beds. The room I booked did indicate that it is a double room.
No fridge and water in the room. For a 4 star hotel they could have provided cold bottled water. No shower cap, luckily I brought my own. View was of the roof below.🙁
location
noise from street
Architecture
Bathroom very small and bedroom a bit tired in comparison with beautiful reception rooms
Location and convenience
Nothing really, the hotel is a bit worn as far as furniture etc is concerned
Location is great. Room and Hotel was very neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and respectful. Restaurant on premises. Other restaurants in same street.
No DSTV. No Hot water in shower. Water was warm but not hot. Some of the dishes on restaurants menu was a bit pricey compared to Spur opposite the street, however the food that I ordered was very good and succulent.
Nothing - worst stay. This should not be a four hotel, 2 star at best
Everything basically. Breakfast is almost non existing. One room was not clean- bed was not made. Two bed room had one town.
Central in town .
Road to the hotel blocked for an event on both ends of the road. It was a rainy night and very difficult to navigate to get to the hotel. Unable to contact or get somebody to pick up the phone and instruct me on how to get into the property.
Perfect spot for the festival. Massive, clean, spacious suite (like a two bedroom apartment). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to accommodate us.
It took two days to unblock the shower. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced for what you get
Very good breakfast, and a lovely Dinner at the beautiful restaurant!
