Pros:

La chambre avait une belle vue. L'espace était agréable. La salle de bain neuve.

Cons:

Le restaurant servait de la nourriture ordinaire. Le bistro était très froid, vieillot et peu accueillant. On a préféré manger dans la chambre. Il y avait beaucoup de d'enfants bruyants qui semblaient être laissés à eux-mêmes.

Pros:

Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, et le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la télévision, notamment Netflix qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout, même après qu'un technicien soit venu voir. Le gym était décevant (peu d'équipements) considérant la taille de l'hôtel.

Risque de double paiement de stationnement par vos clients. SVP toujour veillez sur ça, cela m'est arrivé

Pros:

Vu le standing, pas de surprise, c'était normal. Il y a eu un incident pendant la nuit, et j'ai apprécié la bonne foi du personnel, qui nous a offert le petit déjeuner et le parking (même si je pense qu'en dormant a l'hôtel, je n'avais pas a payer un parking)

Cons:

Le bruit du climatiseur chaque 10 minutes était infernal, comme si un avion démarrait dans notre chambre, nous sommes en 2025 et ca fait bien longtemps que ca aurait du être change

Agréable malgré quelques inconvénients.
Pros:

Chambre avec grand espace. Lit confortable. Déjeuner.

Cons:

Du bruit, paroles fortes, des voisins tard en soirée. Certains ne tiennent pas compte de leur environnement et c’est très déplaisant.
La direction devrait signaler ce problème.
