Hôtel très bien placé avec un accueil d une gentillesse mémorable.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Si vous voulez connaître la gentillesse et le sens du service albanais, allez dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner avec la crêpes reste un excellent souvenir de nos vacances.

Cons:

Le rideau ne permettait pas d’avoir un noir complet le matin (trop court).

ביטלנו את השהייה שם. הלכנו למלון יותר טוב.

הכניסה של המלון לא ברורה. יש כמה כניסות לבניין הזה.
במלון אין מעלית. הגענו עם מזוודה כבדה, והכניסה עם הרבה מדרגות שמובילות לקבלה מאוד קטנה וצפופה ששם לא היה אף אחד.
כשרצינו לבטל וללכת הפקידת קבלה הגיעה אלינו מהחנות שממול למלון. הסברנו לה שאנחנו רוצות לבטל כי יש לנו מזוודה גדולה ואנחנו לא מתכוונות לעלות איתה כמות גדולה של מדרגות במיוחד במזג אוויר חם.
נאלצנו לשלם את הקנס על הביטול, למרות שאני חושבת שהיו צריכים לבטל לנו ללא תשלום כי אין שום הסבר או תמונה שמראה את כמות המדרגות שצריך לעלות עם מזוודות ותיקים.

Een fijn verblijf en behulpzame eigenaar
Pros:

De locatie is goed.
Dit is een zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
We kregen gratis kaartjes voor een concert in het kasteel en Stela was heel behulpzaam en regelde een taxi en fietsen. Echt iemand die begaan is met haar klanten en je voelt je geen nummer.
We raden dit hotel zeker aan.

Top hotel in Shkoder
Pros:

De ligging in het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt bij het tegenovergelegen restaurant was top. Toen we op een ochtend vroeg weg moesten ivm een activiteit, werd er zelfs een ontbijt aan de deur gehangen.
We kregen een bekeuring vanwege fout parkeren. Deze werd betaald door het hotel, omdat ze ons niet goed geïnformeerd hadden. Hoe lief is dat???

Cons:

Als je binnenkomt is de eerste indruk echt stukken minder. De entree is totaal anders dan de kamers zelf en de gastvrijheid van het personeel.

Pros:

The property is perfectly located in the centre of Shkoder, close to excersions pick up points for Komani Lake and plenty of nice restaurants to chose from on the door step.

Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Es wurde eine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus geschaffen. Es war sauber. Wir haben ein super Lunchpaket für den Tag bekommen, an dem wir früh raus mussten

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hatte nicht genug Power. Wir haben schon im Doppelbett sehr geschwitzt. In den zweiten Raum reichte die Kühlung kaum. Das Badfenster ist defekt. Wenn man hellhörig ist, besser Ohropax mitnehmen, da eine Bar über den Hotel ist

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, across the road in their sister bar- but super nice(set menu).

It's 2 flights of stairs just to the reception- something to note if you are limited in movement or have heavy bags

The hotel was nice, the lady who looked after us was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast is served as a set menu at the restaurant with the same name located across from the hotel. We were told that the products were halal; however, since there was no official halal certificate, we chose not to eat the sausage or salami. Overall, it is a hotel that we would recommend and would consider staying at again.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Another downside is that breakfast is served as a fixed set menu rather than a buffet. In addition, there is not always a staff member at the reception desk. However, they leave a contact number, and you can easily reach someone if you need assistance.

La chaleur. Il y avait la clim dans une pièce mais pas dans la deuxième. Les fenêtres s'ouvraient dangereusement dans le vide. Et pas mal de bruit dans la rue.

Our one night stay was great, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is close to the bus station from which the transfer to the Koman Lake ferry starts. Also, Stella, the receptionist was very kind and helpful with all our questions.

Pros:

Personnel très dévoué et aidant! Ils nous ont permis de laisser notre voiture dans leur stationnement durant notre randonnée de 2 jours. Bon petit-déjeuner servi dans leur restaurant situé en face de l'hôtel. Emplacement idéal près du centre.
