Would stay at another accommodation nearer to the station
Pros:

Room was clean. Quietest room I’ve stayed in thus far, excellent for light sleepers. Norwest station is 15 mins walk away. Not sure if continental breakfast sounds fancy to some but simple breakfast was provided - bread, jam, granola and yogurt.

Cons:

Room has no mini fridge. Housekeeping was only available on one day and upon request. To be exact, the housekeeper only emptied the bin and changed one set of towels. No vacuuming and changing of bed sheets. When I requested for housekeeping on another day, I was told it wasn’t available but I saw the housekeeper around.

For those taking public transport, the location isn’t ideal especially if you have luggage with you. Virtually impossible to lug them because the accommodation is up the hill. The way from Norwest station to the accommodation is not brightly lit. In fact, the path from the road up to the accommodations is not lit at all. Had to use my phone’s torch so it can be quite terrifying for female solo travellers.

Excellent, would stay again

Good value and easy to reach on public transport
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious and quiet. It was easy to reach the accommodation via train and bus, and I found local shops and cafes only 5 minutes away. This is a retreat space and not a snazzy hotel, but it's a lovely place to stay.
