Rooms are good, spacious with good view.

Cons:

No maintenance, poor service, rooms not cleaned before arrival, basic items you have to remind them like towels, soaps, water glasses etc, slow internet, no phone service,TV not working due to slow internet tap water stopped 3-4 times. Breakfast included means only Misal pav and Puri Bhaji. One suggestion don't go to Mahabaleshwar in summer until you want to spend time in AC, greed of people have turned this beautiful hill station into concrete jungle,

Pros:

The service given by the staff was fantabulous! and the location is at the centre and spots are very close to one another from Veggies!
Also the food is tasty and hygienic! Overall the experience was really amazing!💕

Pros:

The room assigned to us was very spacious. It had two double beds. The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness, and the surroundings outside offered a beautiful, scenic atmosphere.

Average but worthy to stay....
Pros:

The location is very much centralized due to almost all the beautiful points that have been covered smoothly. In all this discrepancy one thing is very much appreciable is the worm water supply by solar energy used. One of the staff Mr. Vitthal Wagh is a very nice and helpful person. I expect the remaining staff should like him.

Cons:

In the allotted room there is no TV working and the curtain stand rod and in the bathroom where clothes were holding the rod is not fixed properly. No technical issues fixed in my whole stay time. Vehicle Parking should be better and covered.

Good option for Budget Travellers
Pros:

Food was Great, the location of the hotel is good since its between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar making it good option for stay. The Staff members were very kind and polite - and responded very quickly.

Cons:

The room didn't have enough lighting as per my preference, had a broken window which made it feel insecure staying at the place. Hot water is only available between 7 AM to 11 AM which is very inconvenient.
