I had booked Hotel O Delhi Airport Stay. But when I reached at location no such hotel was found. When I called to OYO , no response I recieved from them. It was very bad eperience and a lot truble for me.I want to get my money back.Can you help to resolve this issue.

Hotel denied booking and told me to check-in in a different hotel at double price.
Hotel told me that if I have to stay there, I would still need to pay double price

Hotel charged us extra 1500 when checkin and these hotels should be banned on online platform and they threatened us if we reports this to oyo ,they cheated us marked early check-in which was incorrect
