Pros:

Sängarna var väldigt sköna och generösa i storleken och parkeringen utanför var bra.

Cons:

Det visade sig att "hotellet" låg i en pub, och vi var där torsdag-söndag, så det var väldigt mycket ljud sent på kvällen. Det fanns också något i närheten som pep var 45:e sekund, så det var aldrig tyst. Badrummet var helt utkylt och hade inget element eller sätt att värma upp det, saknades toaborste men fräscht i övrigt,

Hotellet ligger like ved busstopp til St.Andrews / Dundee
Kunne regulere temperatur på rommet selv.
Veldig hyggelig personale i puben i 1 etg.
Hyggelige lokale gjester på puben

Cons:

Badet var svært kaldt. Ikke mulighet for varme der, da badet manglet stikkontakter
Hotellet anmoder om å bruke håndklær i flere dager, men det var ingen knagger å henge håndklær på.

Lovely place with friendly staff
Pros:

We visited to go to a festival in St Andrews. It was easily accessible in the car, and there's the option of taking a bus from the bus stop close to the hotel. The staff were great.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. It was a lovely place and we had a really nice stay.

Budget hotel convenient for St Andrews for car drivers
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room. Convenient for St Andrews and much cheaper than hotels there. The only reason to stay in Leuchars is that it's only a 15-minute drive to St Andrews where parking is difficult if you're attending events. Most central parking areas have restricted parking times. No problems with parking in Leuchars and you can actually park all day in St Andrews at the Petheram Bridge car park which is a 10-minute walk into the centre. I drove but if you were coming by train you could get off at Leuchars (the nearest station to St Andrews) and walk to the hotel from there.

Cons:

Location next to a busy road junction. Cold room on the ground floor with its own (outside) door, radiator didn't work, not a place to stay when it's really cold as it was when I was there. No table. To use the kitchen facilities advertised (including microwave, fridge etc) you had to go outside and to re-enter by the main door and go upstairs to a different part of the hotel.

It was a decent venue for a one night stay while attending a 2 day seminar in St Andrews. For what I paid, it was good v
Pros:

It was near to my work location. It was a nice historic building. I had a huge en-suite room. Good parking. Very comfy beds and very clean.

Cons:

Very close to a busy road and windows were single glazed, so it was quite noise intrusive especially early in the morning. No tea making facilities.

Very cold and noisy
Pros:

It was spotless
Had a en-suite

Cons:

Freezing cold couldn’t get the heating to work
Lot of noise in the walls sounds like rodents but not in the room
Very noisy with traffic
Kitchen you had to go outside around the corner use fob to get in and upstairs
Tea coffee and kettle in room one sachet off milk no cups or spoon
We had to be there by 23.00 we got there at 10.50 all locked up so had to phone to get a code to get in our room couldn’t get a cuppa till we drove 12 miles to get cups and milk

Full marks for Staff, Great location with some room for improvement
Pros:

1)Excellent locations ; super clean; nice decor
2)Amazing Staff - Amanda was very welcoming and helpful;
3)fully working shared kitchen was a great addition;
4) small Super market at a walking distance and
5)super comfortable bed were all adding 5🌟 for our stay
6) Tiny Epic traditional Scottish village ; easy accessible for on way to St Andrews

9) Definitely coming again with some room for improvements as below to make this better!!

Some room for improvements to make this place a great destination (our stay was during winter time- on our way to St Andrews)
1) 🚬 smoking smell inside the room ; no ventilation for fresh air
2) extremely cold bathroom as no heater ;
3)the level of height at which shower ; hanger for clothes were installed, - unreachable if you are not tall enough
4)Extremely cold breeze coming from under the door due to huge gaps;
5)faulty doors as if it was uncomfortable to make sure if room was locked properly during the night time;

Good value for money, met all our required needs!
Pros:

The hotel stay was an affordable option to allow us to stay near a wedding venue. It met expectations and was very good value for money for two nights. Shared kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Room had a tv we could log into our own Netflix which was a nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing to remark, met our expectations in that it was very affordable and the staff members were friendly.

C’è una cucina in comune, ben fornita e una lavatrice con funzione anche di asciugatrice

C’è stata assegnata la camera al piano terra, sulla strada. È stato difficile dormire perché gli infissi non isolavano la stanza ed il rumore delle macchine era fortissimo. Ma la cosa peggiore è stato il terribile odore che c’era nella stanza
