Einfach wundervoll und entspannend.
Pros:

Das wundervolle Gartenrestaurant in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wurde. Eine entspannende Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Kathmandu.

Das Personal war ohne Ausnahme freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach Top, Es wurde jedwelche Hilfe angeboten und versucht uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen.
In diesem Hotel fühlt man sich wie in einem alten Herrenhaus und einfach rundherum wohl.

A pleasant, convenient place to stay with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location but within easy walk or taxi to the main areas of Kathmandu. The garden restaurant area is a lovely calm place to sit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with hot water and comfortable beds.

Pros:

Great hotel in great location. Very quiet and safe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, tasty and good coffee. Room clean and spacious. Kettle provided, TV and AC. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Room only, nice big room, very clean.

Cons:

A few poorly maintained small things in the rooms. The location can be quite noisy at night too as the road nearby has a surprising amount of traffic. Quite of building work nearby too.

Buki hotel will absolutely always be my hotel of choice when I am lucky enough to travel to Kathmand
Pros:

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Buki Hotel is! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located in Kathmandu. The refreshments provided in the lobby are a lovely addition to all of the beautiful touches. I felt very safe at Buki, even as a family traveling along with children. The BEST part of Buki, however, is their incredible staff. From the warm greeting at the airport when we arrived (very tired and disheveled from our long trip overseas) until we departed the team was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Their kindness extended even beyond our stay. We had a situation with luggage left behind unintentionally and the crew at Buki came to our rescue, even printing and attaching labels for a bag they had held onto for us for multiple days. This was well after we had departed, clearly our own mistake that landed us in this predicament, and definitely not the responsibility of the hotel staff. Their willingness to help us out and in such a cheerful manner truly goes above and beyond any customer service that I have ever received.

Buki hotel will absolutely always be my hotel of choice when I am lucky enough to travel to Kathmandu.

Cons:

I do not understand why did they make that big bathroom, its useless spacious.
