This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
It’s comfortable and clean good for a short stay.
Gets really crowded during peak seasons and it’s 40 mins walk from Al Haram. The neighborhood was not clean and crowded.

Staff were friendly and lots shops nearby for souvenirs and food.
The bus service to the Haraam was reasonable.
The rooms and bathroom were dirty and infested with cockroaches who were unpaid, unwelcome guests. The bedsheets were not clean. The bedroom had kettle but no socket to plug in kettle. Also no socket near headboard to charge phone.
The Wifi was terrible and only worked in the corridor.

Flexibility of management
All good
Very easy access to harm by taxi and return from tunnel under the Haram.
Tried to find breakfast in hotel .it was not of my kind like paratha .eggs. milk tea etc
شكرآ لكم على حسن الاستقبال و المعاملة
I absolutely loved this hotel, it is a 1 star hotel however it is great for solo travellers. The rooms are clean and they change the sheets if you are in the room. Otherwise just let reception know to clean your room when you are out.
I booked the king size room, which is basically 2 single beds put together. Not a big deal, it was comfortable.
I don’t sleep with the AC on so for me no big deal that the AC is quite noisy.
There is a shuttle bus which goes to Haram 40mins before prayer time which is great. However most of the time I walked to the Haram as it is quicker to get to Umrah gate via Anjum Hotel.
The bus will drop you to sha’eb Amir Bus gate, then it’s a long walk round to get close to Haram.
If you are fit and healthy, I recommend walking, it took me 20-30mins depending on walking fast and if there is big crowds. I am a 34yo female and I had no issues doing this. I even walked back with 2 5litre bottles of zamzam from lulu express/ bin dawood.
They provided water everytime my room was cleaned. When you arrive at the airport I recommend grabbing a 5litre bottle for your stay so that you always have zamzam to drink, fill your bellies with zamzam!
If you need Laundry service, there is a shop down the road called albarakah laundry. I paid 50riyal for wash and fold 3abayas 3 leggings 2 scarfs 7 vests and 7 socks.
If you cross the road opposite, walk down the side road to alshiaka the shops on the right handside.
There is a broast shop that do really nice egg paratha! It is delicious for suhoor or a snack when walking back from Haram.
As for taxi don’t pay more than 10-20riyal to go to haram.
There is al kakiah market for cheap gifts, 10min drive
There is a fruit n dates market there as well.
The best routine to maximise your stay in Makkah for Umrah is to pray dhuhr at the hotel, then go to haram for asr magrib esha, come back after esha to sleep. Then go back for tahajjud and stay for fajr then come back to sleep.
I have no complaints.
Breakfast was not included or atleast I didn’t get a suhoor meal but I probably wasn’t in the hotel at that time anyway.
Go grab an egg paratha from down the road.
If there is no shuttle service outside of ramadan, I probably wouldn’t stay here. Otherwise look for nearby hotels that have shuttle service and get on that, as someone else recommended on here.
The quad bed that I stayed in until my room became available (as I arrived at 4am) did have cockroaches but I didn’t mind and I was in ihram anyway. Luckily there were no roaches in the king room i was in later that day.
I really hope this helps someone. Please keep me in your duas.
Très bien
Nothing
Long distance frik harram falsely described
A bit far from Mosque but good location
The night shift receptionists, Mohammed and Jareed, are the best I have come across in a long time. Their professionalism and ability to handle situations with ease suggest they are ready for more responsibility. I strongly recommend them for a promotion or a leadership roles
