I had a positive experience. Not the nicest place I’ve stayed, but really great value.
Pros:

The host was so wonderful and attentive! I had the private room with the king bed and I thought it was good value for what you get. Having a huge kind bed was awesome :) it was quite cozy and while the bed was firm, it wasn’t rock hard like other ones I’ve encountered in Vietnam.

Cons:

A little far from the center of town.

Pros:

Good price and the lady working there was really nice. They have a nice rooftop terrace where you can also order some food (rice, noodles, fries, etc).

Cons:

The room itself was not great. There is only 1 tiny window at the top of the wall, so you cannot look outside. Also, the bed was hard and squicking so hard that it woke us up at night.

Nice home stay.
Pros:

Nice spacious room. Plenty of bathrooms so no queueing. Bed was comfy. Hosts were nice and friendly. Good location on the Main Street.
