當初在官網設定的就是兩間房，結果看到的照片感覺是有兩間，結果定了後發現是大通鋪，當天傳訊了給店家問，根本沒人理，隔天飯店人員回覆要我們自己去跟booking聯絡，完全沒有想幫忙…感受不是很好

良い宿でした。
Pros:

騒音や汚れているところもなく、清潔でアクセスの良い宿でした。
また越後湯沢駅から徒歩圏内なのに、1人あたりの金額が他のホテルに対して安く、コスパは良いなと感じました。

Cons:

お風呂に少し物足りなさを感じました。
