Buen apart hotel economico
Pros:

La ubicación , el personal amable, la habitación, cama King ... balcón , TV aire acondicionado; dispenser de agua fría y caliente y café en el patio.

Cons:

Faltan utensilios de cocina y algo ruidoso para dormir por la música de los bares.

Cons:

No tenían toallas en los baños, nos dijeron que les había fallado la lavandería, pero no resolvieron. Hay que subir maletas dos pisos sin ayuda. Frente a una tienda con música fuerte y bocina en la calle hasta las 2a.m.

Pros:

The place is situated in a nice area.Very busy accessible to menu stores But you do have a small Smell in the place and the biggest issue is no water pressure In the shower and no hot water

Pros:

The area is right on the 5ta avenida which in our case was very nice and the staff was very friendly and there is someone there 24 hours.

Cons:

The electricity went a couple of times, the water went one morning and in general after every few seconds when showering.

One of the 2 beds in the room wasn't very clean with hair and stains.

The wifi is terrible in the room, outside it worked when we tried.

I didn't stay, they wouldn't honor the reservation.
Cons:

I had a reservation at Coco de mar Quinta Avenida and they refused to honor it when I arrived. I booked through booking for a certain price and when I arrived they saw the price and said the price was too low and that they would not be willing to honor my reservation unless I paid more. The situation was was extremely frustrating because they said that it must have been an error on bookings end but I made the reservation 1 week in advance, how did they not catch this? Also they said they would reach out to Booking to initiate a refund and that the refund would come later that day and I have still yet to receive any notice of a refund going on three days later.

Bed was broken in the middle on one side. When I came in the room the tv was on. Waste basket in bathroom had not been emptied. Check your bed before you sleep there

Pros:

It’s kind tricky to say that I like the location cus even when it is on the 5 av super close to the beach at the same time it’s super nosy outside we where just in a room that was heading to the street and there is a smoke shop that basically has music all day from 11 am to 2 am every day

New hotel, excellent stay
Pros:

Probably because the hotel is new, I paid a super competitive rate (27 USD per night) for a huge room, with private bathroom. The place is just next to the zona peatonal (walking street), near the beach and all the best part of Playa del Carmen. Excellent deal!
