Pros:

Spacious unit in quiet location with convenient access to airport.

Cons:

Property was not completely clean.
Gas leak in stove top.
Cushions dirty.
Windows need cleaning. Dishcloth dirty and kitchen missing plug.
More attention to detail needed and all these items can be fixed.
