I liked the location

Cons:

The listing is sneaking and in the photos list that their will be a resort fee, not in the fee part like most listing do. There was no hand soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher pods not even a sponge to clean the dishes. There were no trash bags in ANY of the trash cans. One of the bed sheets were stained and two pillows had big red stains on them as well. I reached to phone number during my stay concerning these matters and no one responded.

This stay was amazing and comfortable
Pros:

The person in charge of the property was amazing . He genuinely cared about our stay and ensure we were comfortable. I texted him in the middle of the night and said it was cold and he ensured the temperature was good and adjusted. I would definitely book this property again .

Cons:

I have nothing I didn’t like .

Poor customer service and lack of honesty from Management: Several wear and tear to the house, furniture, and tub with water damage on the ceiling of the dinner area. The rooms are much smaller than pictured. Random stains on the walls resembling BBQ sauce in one of the bedrooms and stairway that I did my best to spot clean. One of the twin bed frames was broken, making us one bed short. They did not repair or replace it upon reporting. One of the televisions in the single bedroom volume was not working properly. The television remotes were in the wrong rooms; spent about an hour figuring them out. These issues were reported. Management stated that they would refund me the Resort Fee of $67.20 USD (an additional charge that was added upon arrival in addition to the booking fee) for my inconvenience, which I have not received. On the booking.com app, they state check-in is 3PM EST, and on the day of checking-in, management messaged us saying checking-in is 4PM EST. Poor communication throughout this reservation and stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone book here.

The pool area of the result very nice .. the accommodation terrible.
Cons:

The house was very dirty. .. the beds were broken , futon stained . Not enough dinning seating g to eat a meal.Mold covered windows .. not enough cutlery for 6 people.. toilet wasn't attached to floor and was moving .. the jacuzzi tube was spitting out black moldy bites .

Great stay and affordable!
Pros:

The villa was soo nice and the apartment was better than I expected! If I had a problem, I could contact the host with no problem and they responded quickly! I will book it again everytime im down this way!

Pros:

It was a nice quiet community love the pool and bar area

Cons:

The jet tub was nasty I ran water to get in and it was all this black stuff floating in my water. Never got a chance to use it because that turned me off

Would highly recommend not staying at this property
Pros:

I think the only thing I liked about the property was the quietness. It was in a great area and the lady working the bar area was super cool. The decor in the home was really nice. Very clean and modern.

Cons:

It needs a lot of fixing. The roof has water damage. The bed was super hard so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Definitely couldn’t use the tub, barely wanted to shower because the tub was dirty. You can tell they just physically painted the tub and it’s starting to peel. The covering over the patio was about to fall. We couldn’t check in at check in time because our home wasn’t cleaned. They asked us through email to book something else, which it shouldn’t have even been available if we couldn’t check in. Then they told us never mind they were sending the cleaners. When we got there we messaged them and they didn’t respond. We had to go to the front office and have them to call.

Loved our stay- it was perfect!
Pros:

loved the fact it was super clean, loved the lazy river and pool area. Easy to access and no problems at all. I would definitely come back again!

Cons:

it might be a little further from Disney, but worth it- clean and the pool area is great!

It was okay but would not stay in the same town house again
Pros:

My kids enjoyed the pool area and the activities that took place while we were there.

Cons:

We were only able to use one bathroom to shower the other in the master suite wasn't cleaned and the jets were filthy. One of the TV in the room was not accessible because the remote didn't work and we had no control over the air conditioner while there.
