Pros:

Great and really king owner, he start to prepare our room real quick after we booked it. I don't want to reading about every pros because there is too many of them. To sum up - was great, I recommend!

Safe, comfortable in a convenient location - budget friendly
Pros:

We liked the friendly host and location. They have comfortable beds. We appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge and soap in the bathroom.

Cons:

There was no internet for most of our stay and so we needed to use our data.

Nothing I liked with the property

Cons:

I reached the property on the check-in date, to our surprise the property had no electricity.
I travelled along with my elderly family members and the host was asking us to look for another place because they couldnt sort out the electricity problem. This was told at 18:00 hrs during the peak dec season.
Because I couldn't source any accommodation in my budget. I had to put my family in the dark for that night and managed to get another the following day and Checked out.

I immediately notified Booking.com on this issue and the customer care person confirmed it with the host and said will process my cancellation and refund my amount.

when I called the booking .com on my refund process - they mentioned that they will have to call the host again to find out the authentication. which to my understanding was done on the 27 dec.

very poor customer service and host service. now the host is also not picking my call and my R4400+ amount is not refunded.

so please be cautious - now at this point I am not sure who is playing with my money HOST or BOOKING.Com

Pros:

The moment we walked into the apartment, all you could smell was the scent of cleaning materials, and the place was truly spotless. The host was exceptionally friendly, as this was our first time going on holiday. This has truly set the bar high for us.

Cons:

Honestly? There was nothing to dislike. This place was exceptional.
