Excellent 11 nights stay in Mumbai

Excellent customer service. Especially Vinod who was everywhere, very helpful and always smiling.

Perfekt für einen Stoppover
Pros:

Das Hotel eignet sich kurz für einen kurzen Stoppover zwischen zwei Flügen. Ich bin für eine kurze Nacht dort geblieben, um ein bisschen Schlaf zu bekommen. Das Personal empfing mich freundlich, organisierte mir etwas zu essen aufs Zimmer, sowie ein Taxi um 4 Uhr nachts Richtung Flughafen. Das verlief einwandfrei.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Flughafen ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt

Cons:

Für europäische Gäste wäre ein Set Besteck als Ergänzung super.
Andere Gäste auf dem Gang waren kurzzeitig etwas lauter, trotzdem könnte ich gleich wieder weiterschlafen.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience during our stay.

Late at night, I received a WhatsApp message from the reception saying only “hi” on my personal phone number, which already felt inappropriate and unsettling. The message was deleted couple of hours later.

Around 1:00 AM, while we were asleep, the phone in our room rang. When we answered, the caller mentioned something about an iron. We clearly stated that we had not requested an iron and hung up. My boyfriend then went down to the reception to clarify the situation.

Despite this, about 15 minutes later, someone knocked on our room door again, still mentioning an iron. It was not even clear whether they were trying to deliver one or looking for one. At that moment, I was alone in the room, and this unexpected late night knock after we had already declined made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.

This was not just a misunderstanding it was a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guest privacy, and as a woman, the situation was particularly distressing. I would not recommend staying here.
