Pros:

We love the location and no casino at the bottom but still connected to the MGM. Our view was fantastic, I can't stop thinking of those magical sunrises over the mountains every morning. We will be back.

Cons:

Needs better cleaning and some minor maintenance. Add some TLC and it's a 5 star place for sure.

I didn't like the fact that we didn't get two, two bedroom suites conjoined rooms. We got four king bedrooms. Two rooms next to each other on one floor. Two floors down another two king beds next to each other. We had to go down to the front desk three times so we didn't have rooms all over different floors. Then we had four different holds on our debit cards for the room incidentles because we had four king bedrooms instead of the two bedroom suites that was advertised.Yes, we got that back but that was $1,200.00 tied up.
Just because rooms are next to each other doesn't make them conjoined. Regardless of how you try to justify it.

We definitely would of stayed somewhere way nicer if we were going to end up with four different rooms in the first place.

I don't who allows false advertising you or booking.com. It isn't right.

Perfect stay with friends
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the view, the bed, the pool and the location. Friendly staff, although privately maintained they attended to our request promptly. Would definitely recommend stay here.

Suite statt Zimmer, wow Wir waren begeistert.
Pros:

Wir waren begeistert , es war ein tolles Zimmer, Reinigung hat problemlos geklappt und überhaupt ist die Verbindung von Signature Tower zum MGM perfekt zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Not happy waste of money and vacation bad expense for my sons 21st birthday

nothing couldn't even get help from front desk they couldn't even send someone in to clean the room because it was 3rd party and could be charged with trespassing,

I am requesting a full refund for our stay at Jet Luxury Signature hotel in Las Vegas. The conditions were unacceptable. The floors were dirty, and the jet tubs drained discolored water containing residue from jets (skin cells) . The shower still had (DID NOT CLEAN) written from the previous guests, that it was never wiped down. The TV did not function at all, would not change channels or volume could not be turned up or down. my children's room didn't even have a remote. Despite complaints, cleaning only involved changing bed sheets. the picture of the nasty stuff in tub as after I cleaned it 2 times and stuff were still coming out of the jets sticky nasty grim all over counters tables and nightstand in corners dust everywhere
The coffee table had old junk in the cracks of the wood that you could scrap off! dust was everywhere, and we found mold in the coffee filter. this was meant to be my son's 21st birthday, we decided to get our own blankets to sleep on because we didn't feel comfortable knowing if they were even cleaned. After the second cleaning attempt, even the walkway was left dirty. the entire stay was distressing. We also do not understand why we got charged an added $200.00 when we arrived at check in for a cleaning deposit off $100 per room and still have not gotten that refund as well.
