Pros:

The place itself is great ,same as the actual photos.But the location is just quite ok for me because the taxi can't go inside so you just need to walk a bit ,the most inconvenient part for me is the taxi can go inside the street where the exact location is so you need to walk a bit far to meet them along the road on the highway but manageable but a bit inconvenient for me .But enjoyed and loved the whole vibe outside ,as you can witness and experience the actual everyday life of locals.Loved the hustle and bustle of actual market .

Cons:

The fast thar taxis wont pick you up on the actual location ,which can be a hustle when you have few number of luggages .

Pros:

Hele leuke locatie midden tussen de lokale bevolking. Veel lokale eetgelegenheden in de buurt.
Je kon zelf inchecken. Eigenaar reageert snel op berichten. Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Bed aan 1 kant tegen de muur. Dat is lastiger uitstappen. Pas op: als je via booking op locatie zoekt, sta je op de verkeerde plek. Dus alleen via google maps opzoeken

В першу чергу це господар, яка завжди готова допомогти, відповість на будь яке питання та дуже приємна у спілкуванні. Помешкання дуже комфортне, чисте та затишне. Є все необхідне для проживання. Чудове розташування, в пішій доступності до центру міста.

Thương was a fantastic host and the room we stayed in was amazing, will definitely come back.
Pros:

The location was great, being right in the thick of a bussling local market scene, and it was easy to get between the other districts. The room was very quiet and clean, was incredibly comfortable and felt like home.

Гостеприимная хозяйка, большая комната, аутентичный вьетнамский квартал)
Pros:

Аутентичность зашкаливает: если Вы хотите пожить среди вьетнамцев, во вьетнамском жилом квартале = то Вы в правильном месте) Очень интересный опыт)
А так: большая комната, холодильник, чайник, посуда)
На балконе есть стиральная машина) Желающие могут готовить на общей кухне на первом этаже. Прекрасный кондиционер. Но главное = очень приятная и гостеприимная хозяюшка Туонг) Внимательная, всё рассказала, показала; разрешила оставить вещи после выселения, так как у меня был поздний рейс самолёта. Очень ей благодарна за гостеприимство)

Cons:

Очень жёсткий матрас: впервые за несколько лет путешествий встречаю такой. Но если Вам нужно именно жёсткий матрас, а такой считается более здоровым, то всё отлично)
В ванной горячей вода была от силы 5-10 минут, а потом чуть тёпленькая ((( То есть помыться реально невозможно , только сполоснуться после жары(
Для меня это минус(
И, как часто бывает во Вьетнаме = никакой шторки в ванной, весь пол залит водой после душа ( Мне неприятно потом ходить по мокрому и скользкому полу(
В принципе, все эти недочёты можно решить быстро и довольно просто: купить наматрасник; повесить в ванной шторку; разве что бойлер для воды большего объёма стоит подороже( Или проточный установить, если возможно)
Но это уже хозяюшке решать)
Я всё равно благодарна Туонг, что смогла пожить в этой комнате) Процветания )

Pros:

Timmy's House is located in a genuine neighborhood with friendly neighbors and great food everywhere. It's comfortable and spotlessly clean. Taking a Grab to attractions such as the War Remnants Museum or Ho Chi Minh Museum is very inexpensive. Thuong is friendly, helpful and responds quickly to any messages.

Perfect room by fantastic host
Pros:

Cozy room in a very nice neighbourhood! We could even do the laundry & dry the clothes on the balcony. Thuong, the host, was available for questions, made fresh green tea & we had even a coffee together 🙏
