Good place, very nice host.

Thoung is the most amazing host, she went over and above in every aspect. She loves her city and just wants people to experience it the best way possible.

Valitsimme paikan, koska se oli lähellä jatkoyhteyttämme ja olimme siksi vain yhden yön. En voi kehua tarpeeksi henkilönkunnan avuliaisuutta ja tapaa pitää yhteyttä. Omistaja jopa saattoi meidät bussimme lähtöpaikkaan, jotta löytäisimme varmasti perille.
Ilmastointi toimi ja suihkussa oli sekä hyvä paine että lämmintä vettä. Huoneessa oli tilaa ja siihen kuului myös iso parveke. Tarvittaessa täällä saa myös pestyä pyykit 7 kg:n koneessa (50000VND/koneellinen).

Chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và đáng yêu ạ ❤️Mọi người có nhu cầu, thắc mắc, đi ăn gì cứ hỏi là chị sẽ trả lời ạ, 12h đêm chị cũng rep tin nhắn luôn 😂 Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, thoáng khí, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhà ở ngay trong khu chợ nên không thiếu đồ ăn, các địa điểm tham quan cũng cách không quá 2km. Trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời lần sau sẽ quay lại ❤️❤️

The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is super cosy to spend a few nights. The location is right in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood, which is llively during the day but nice and peaceful at night. Our host, Thuong, was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful - she made our stay extra special. Highly recommend staying here!

Where to start? We were welcomed by Timmy who showed us around in HCMC. The room is implacable and has all the latest features. Great bed, great aircon, amazing bathroom. The price to value is really good. Last night we went out for dinner with the host and got even more familiar with the street food culture of Saigon. Soju Yakult 7 up drink for the win!! 🥂. We even came back 7 days later as we are convinced this is the best accommodation in Saigon. Out of all the hotels/homestays we stayed in during our 3 months SEA trip this one was our favourite ❤️

Firstly, the host Thoung is amazing! Gives great tips on things to do and how to get there. The area is filled with the best street food in Ho Chi Minh. We extended our stay then went back to stay a second time since we loved it so much.

what breakfast?i tried to explain to the host that the room was a little noisey she seemed to be upset by this but its the truth.people go out later to avoid the heat and stay out late so there is noise until midnight every night and it starts again at 6am.this is a fact and not a complaint its totally normal for hcmc and maybe timmys is actually quieter than most when i explained to the host she said she didnt care about my opinion say what i like she will respond to it if its not correct.to be fair to the host she was amzingly helpful and even lent me a phone so i could use grab apps and maps and translate as my phone is old and useless and i maybe took advantage of her kindness and asked for too much help and time from her as my credit card would not work so got her to book some stuff and i gave her cash. another thing is you really should pay the extra and ask for one of the nicer rooms that have been refurbished as the one i had was a bit dated my fault dont be tight!!.There are a few mosquitos about so dont leave the balcony door open again my fault its not a complaint its normal in hcmc.my room was never cleaned while i was there although the host did wash my clothes for free again this was very appreciated.local area is great which is why food tours visit this area,after eating a wide variety of street foods i never once got ill!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gab sogar eine große Terrasse, einen Kühlschrank und mehrere Kissen. Thoung war sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.

Our time at Timmy’s House felt like we were staying with family or friends. We found Thuong to be a very friendly and very generous host. Her home stay is quiet, very clean, super comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. We spent 3 days in Saigon and loved this district. The people are lovely, the ambiance is welcoming. We would love to come back soon and stay here again. Recommended for couples or singles who are after a quiet and safe home stay.
