Saya suka menginap di AK Cvia Hotel kerana kemudahan yang lengkap seperti internet, TV dengan Netflix, dan lokasi yang mudah untuk dicari. Penginapan ini sesuai untuk urusan ringkas dan selesa.

Cons:

hotel ini tiada lif untuk naik ke tingkat atas, agak kurang sesuai bagi tetamu yang membawa barang berat. Suasana sekitar juga terasa agak pendalaman dan kebersihan sedikit kurang, namun saya faham mungkin disebabkan faktor banjir yang berlaku baru-baru ini. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman masih memuaskan dan boleh dipertingkatkan dari segi kebersihan.

last minute booked but very disappointed
Pros:

the room is spacious.

Cons:

1. no lift access, come with my mom, luckily can exchange room
2. the receptionist is not at the counter, need to call upon arrival
3. they forget to put hangers
4. the toilet and sink are very dirty
5. iron and iron board placed outside the room, no place to hang clothes
6. wifi connection is not stable around the hotel
