Pros:

Spacious room, friendly staff and great amenities (TV, WIFI, free drinking water)

Cons:

The location is far away from everything, you will have to order food from limited options and in the morning there is no Grab or maxim to the train station in Padang Besar.

Its quite disappointed.
Pros:

the property is quite uncomfortable.

Cons:

They don’t do any inspection before give the room to guest. Our bidet wasn’t in good condition, the water leaking, there is no water heater and to be accurate, not function. Iron also broken and not safe and you need to iron outside. However, we got good sleep because we tired.

Pros:

Bilik sangat besar, bilik air besar, a tv besar & channel clear, aircond & heater berfungsi dengan baik, ada mini chiller, kadar sewaan sangat murah

Cons:

Bilik air ada sedikit mouldy, kadang kala drainage tersumbat, terdapat banyak najis kucing di sekitar tempat penginapan menyebabkan bau yang busuk

Saya suka menginap di AK Cvia Hotel kerana kemudahan yang lengkap seperti internet, TV dengan Netflix, dan lokasi yang mudah untuk dicari. Penginapan ini sesuai untuk urusan ringkas dan selesa.

Cons:

hotel ini tiada lif untuk naik ke tingkat atas, agak kurang sesuai bagi tetamu yang membawa barang berat. Suasana sekitar juga terasa agak pendalaman dan kebersihan sedikit kurang, namun saya faham mungkin disebabkan faktor banjir yang berlaku baru-baru ini. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman masih memuaskan dan boleh dipertingkatkan dari segi kebersihan.

last minute booked but very disappointed
Pros:

the room is spacious.

Cons:

1. no lift access, come with my mom, luckily can exchange room
2. the receptionist is not at the counter, need to call upon arrival
3. they forget to put hangers
4. the toilet and sink are very dirty
5. iron and iron board placed outside the room, no place to hang clothes
6. wifi connection is not stable around the hotel
