Friendly staff, good location
Pros:

Staff are very friendly, location is also close to plaza & Grand Indonesia. Next to this hotel, there’s Kenangan & Fore coffee. Breakfirst also not bad, worth with money.

Cons:

The entire room smell with smoking cigarettes when I first step in.

Struttura in un ottima posizione. Le camere sono abbastanza moderne e lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile. Pulita ed ottima colazione.

Cons:

Ho soggiornato due volte in quest' albergo. La seconda volta durante il weekend si sentivano le voci delle persone del coffe bar vicino.

Pros:

Stanza silenziosa, letto grande con un buon materasso. Acqua calda e climatizzatore funzionante. Ottima ed abbondante colazione a buffetcon molta scelta. Frigo AR e kit di cortesia. Staff attento premuroso. Quartiere sicuro anche di notte.

A fun and memorable stay with a nice loft concept and good location, but cleanliness and maintenance definitely need imp
Pros:

I liked the loft-style room concept, it felt unique and quite comfortable for staying with friends. Overall, the experience was good and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, and I liked that there was entertainment and places to hang out downstairs, which made the stay more fun and lively.

I also liked the hanging/chill space area where you can relax and enjoy the city view from the hotel anytime, especially if you want to smoke and just unwind at night. It gave a nice vibe to the overall experience.

The staff were helpful during our stay, especially when assisting with the door issue. The property also has good potential because the atmosphere and concept are nice. I would definitely consider coming back again if the cleanliness and facilities are improved in the future.

Not to forget, There’s kenangan coffee also next to our hotel.

Cons:

There are several things that need improvement, especially cleanliness and maintenance. I saw cockroaches near the bed area, and there was also a rat during our stay, which was quite uncomfortable. The mattress also needs to be replaced because there were yellow stains visible.

The facilities could also be improved overall, and it would be better to provide a rubbish bin in the living room area. Another issue was the room door battery suddenly stopped working, so we had to wait around 15 minutes for the staff to replace it.

服务很好，酒店内有餐厅，食物也很好吃，非常适合刚刚抵达，非常饥饿的人

Cons:

酒店隔壁适合咖啡馆，整个夜晚直到5am都很吵闹。房间面积比较小，行李箱打开以后会堵住门
