Pros:

The apartment is in a very nice area, it's quiet but there are a lot of nice places to eat. The subway stop Waseda is very close. The apartment had a lot of very nice features, like the warm air in the bathroom to dry the clothes.

Cons:

The apartment is on the smaller side for two people and it was a bit dusty.

Pros:

The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Waseda Station. There were many restaurants and food options nearby, and the neighborhood felt safe. There was also a park close by with exercise equipment for anyone who wanted to work out. The unit included a kitchen, which was convenient if you wanted to cook, as there are several supermarkets in the area. Having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was also very convenient. The self in check (collecting the key) was very simple. The owner provided a manual a few days before arrival.

Cons:

The communication could have been better, as I messaged the owner several times regarding early check-in but did not receive a response. Additionally, the unit was quite dusty when we arrived.

寝室が分かれてたのが良かったのと、キッチンや洗濯機など生活用品が充実してたのが良かったです

排水口の不快な臭いが部屋中充満してて換気しても臭いがずっと残ってたのが残念でした。

Nice quiet place after long days in Tokyo.
Pros:

Nice quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. 7/11 down stairs short walk to nearest station. Overall a nice and quiet place to end your day after walking around Tokyo

Cons:

Pros:

地點很好，難得遇到底下就是便利商店的住宿。
並且位於早稻田大學的學區 真的是很棒的一個地方，又非常安靜，又可以到學校走走

Cons:

本房是適用2人房 但可以提供加床變成三人房
但問題是變成三人房的時候，餐碗盤應該也要變得更多才是。
我們比較有疑慮的是餐晚盤數量不夠
