Pros:

寝室が分かれてたのが良かったのと、キッチンや洗濯機など生活用品が充実してたのが良かったです

Cons:

排水口の不快な臭いが部屋中充満してて換気しても臭いがずっと残ってたのが残念でした。

Lage perfekt, sehr sauber, aber sehr klein und harte Futonbetten
Cons:

Sehr klein für drei Personen, aber noch ausreichend, es fehlt Geschirr, zB für Heissgetränke, obwohl es einen Wasserkocher gibt, keine Reaktion vom Vermieter, als darum gebeten wurde

Nice quiet place after long days in Tokyo.
Pros:

Nice quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. 7/11 down stairs short walk to nearest station. Overall a nice and quiet place to end your day after walking around Tokyo

Cons:

The mattress was a bit springy but I’ve had worst.

Pros:

地點很好，難得遇到底下就是便利商店的住宿。
並且位於早稻田大學的學區 真的是很棒的一個地方，又非常安靜，又可以到學校走走

Cons:

本房是適用2人房 但可以提供加床變成三人房
但問題是變成三人房的時候，餐碗盤應該也要變得更多才是。
我們比較有疑慮的是餐晚盤數量不夠

Perfecto para unos dias en Tokio!
Pros:

Tiene el tamaño perfecto para una estancia en Tokio de unos pocos días, cerca del metro y a unos 15 minutos andando de zona de restaurantes y ocio/sento. Futones, baño por partes /wc separado de la ducha y del lavabo. Lavadora, pequeña cocina y lo mejor: un balconcito. El propietario nos ayudó mucho con el checkin y la gestión de equipaje.

Cons:

Era un poco pequeño por lo que la gestión con las maletas y equipaje se complica

Great, comfortable!
Pros:

It’s clean and cozy, good smell when you opened the door, close to the station and right next to the 7-11. It’s safe even during midnight, will definitely come back and recommend to others, thanks for giving me the best time in Tokyo!

The stay was very comfortable and the host was quite accommodating many thanks.

The location and availability of a lift which made it easier to access the apartment.
