Pros:

New modern hotel and great value for money. Very helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and reception staff helped me to use the grab app on my phone which I was unfamiliar with. Also I was ill for 3 days and reception staff were very attentive to my needs and requests for assistance. I chose this hotel as it was near to someone I know who lives in this area.

Excellent for someone who cannot speak Vietnamese travelling to Vietnam. Close to the city and fun!
Pros:

I’ve been on plenty of holidays and been to several hotels and ARA Gem Hotel is by far the best I have been to. I value high customer service, easy going staff that can communicate in English easily, room cleanliness, space, location and just general suggestions around the area!

Tung, the owner of the hotel was a 11/10 host. I have never met someone so genuine with his hotel services and so catering to myself and my partner. He is very knowledgeable of Ho Chi Minh City when it comes to site seeing, places to eat and what to do / what not to do.

We were so satisfied with our accommodation that we extended our holiday and time there! The ARA Gem Hotel is a place I would highly recommend and definitely will come back for.

Tung did not see us a customer. During our time there we also soon become friends that I know I will keep in touch with forever.

Cons:

Nothing at all ! I loved every second of our stay there.
