El ruido al tratarse de un complejo de celebraciones y la fianza, que aunque lo avisen al reservar, no queda claro
Celebramos la boda de mi hija en la masía de lacy en cuanto a la celebración y el banquete fue excelente.
Pero mi sorpresa fue cuando fui a hacer el check in de mi habitación resulta que me la anularon sin llamarme siquiera alegando que ya tenía una reserva con Booking.
Mi hija la novia reservo directamente mi habitación con el hotel y yo tenía mi reserva en el móvil y yo reservé por Booking una habitación para un familiar .
Ellos al ver que tenían 2 reservas con mi nombre decidieron anular la mía sin llamarme para preguntar.
Mi sorpresa es que mi familiar tenía su habitación que yo les reserve y yo el padrino de la boda me quedé sin habitación aún mostrando la reserva en mi móvil y la chica de recepción me dijo que como habían 2 reservas al mi nombre anularon 1
Pese a estar el hotel completo me ofrecieron una habitación simple para dormir que yo tuve que aceptar porque no había otra y la mía que era una habitación con bañera de hidro masage me la anularon.
Muy mal por la masía de lacy porque si tenían dudas respecto a mi reserva lo mínimo que podían haber hecho era llamarme para aclararlo y no tomar ellos la decisión de dejarme sin mi habitación.
No me gustó que anularan mi habitación pese a tener la reserva confirmada en mi móvil.
