Extremely dissatisfied with this accomodation. Property is misadvertised as having 24/7 front desk when it doesn't. Staff were extremely unacommodating. Recommend avoiding and staying at nicer properties in the area

A wonderful winter escape with unforgettable mountain views from the rooftop sauna.

Amazing winter stay – highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel during the winter and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect – right in the center of the town, just a 10-minute walk to the ski slope, which is beautifully lit in the evenings.

The hotel has an incredible atmosphere and stylish interior design that made the stay truly special. The wellness area is excellent – there's a great indoor pool and outstanding saunas. One of the saunas is located on the rooftop with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and right next to it is a jacuzzi – perfect after a day on the slopes.

The owners – Renate, Barbara and Hannes – were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially have great memories of talking with Hannes, the "head of the hotel" – he was warm, attentive and always available for a good conversation.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a winter getaway. It was an unforgettable experience and I would definitely come back!

Great location, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location in the middle of town, very picturesque from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Cheapest in town at the time, so shouldn't compare to the cost of staying in Refugio's in the mountains. Some luxury before hitting the AV4.

Cons:

No kettle in the room.
