great view, good location, new building, not very honest host and staffs, not booking with them agai
Pros:

New building, great view, can be very noise on Friday, Saturday from the street night performance

Cons:

Staffs asked if I wish to pay extra 150k vnd per night for an upgrade to pano view room which I have already paid for. As the photo from booking.com shows and the description stated the pano view. When I asked staff why I should pay for the upgrade, staffs reply, booking.com used the wrong photos for different room, it's an error, and that the room I paid for not coming with pano view, only have 1 window view. I still have the sms evidence
I think this is dishonest and fault ads at the same time.
Staff also requested me to check out at 11AM while the ads on booking.com stated check out from 11AM-12PM.
1 mil VND deposit as security must be provided at check in which was not advised prior check via sms or email.
I paid that extra security bond deposit anyway, however, mind you, no receipt will be provided.

Dishwasher left with dirty dishes from previous guess. Baby undies left in the laundry
