Pros:

晚上10點才到步取匙資料清晰，住咗五晚洗咗三次衫，足夠地方晾衣，廁所有冷暖氣和抽濕功能非常好，通知客服取廁紙和毛巾，回應很快，第二天已放掛門上。 第一次在東京住民宿感覺良好。

Cons:

因為每晚很夜歸來，巢鴨站出口附近有食肆的，但越接近民宿就比較黑暗和冷清，需要行15分鐘到達，遇上有兩晚下雨就比較麻煩了。 雖然路途有點遙遠，但屋內設備齊全清潔貼心，推介入住的。

A really pleasant stay. Good to stay for a few days.
Pros:

Calm, not too far from the station. The sun in the room in the morning is a blessing.

Cons:

It would be nice to have cleaning equipment like a vacuum or a broom in the room for long stays. There were no white curtains at the window, which was a little bit annoying for privacy.

Although there is an elevator, it requires to climb up or down stairs to get to it.

同じ地区で前回泊まったとこが、数倍良かった。次は泊まらない。
Cons:

掃除が行き届いていない。
床がちゃんと掃除されてなく、一見綺麗そうだが、埃がたまっている。
風呂は見た目は綺麗だが、実際は浴槽内がザラザラで汚かった。
シャワーの穴が、カルキで詰まっているし、下から見たら汚い。
あげく、洗濯したかったが、洗剤の箱が空で中身が入っていなかった。

Pros:

Very quiet neighborhood. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was great as it got very cold at night. We were only a few minutes walk from 7-11, shops, supermarkets, cafes,restaurants and many attractions. Sugamo train station is about 10 minutes walk away which is great for seeing the rest of the city. Pay attention to the email sent and follow the instructions given for opening the key box as it's a combination lock which you may never of used before. I had not but lucky the video in the email helped a lot and I had no issues. We will stay here again.
