Great value, cozy space to relax after a busy day in Tokyo
Pros:

The room is very spacious and had everything we needed. The appliances and tools were all easy to use and had straightforward instructions. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with several shops for a quick meal within walking distance. There's 4 convenience stores nearby from our count and a drug store close. Support was responsive and very gracious with checkout. Great value for money, specially in a neighborhood like this in Tokyo.

Cons:

Not really a deal breaker but be aware that the nearest train station is at least 5 minutes away. Very central though when reaching other stations in the Yamanote Line (Ueno and Shibuya are pretty close).

Pros:

Great location. Sugamo is a really nice and local area. Theres so many great restaurants and a lovely bakery nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. Check in was very easy. The listing has multiple room types, so it’s good to check the details before booking. Overall, a great stay.

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

The room is very spacious, the facilities are very good and seem to be new, the host is very attentive and helped me with everything, highly recommended, definitely excellent value for the price of accommodation.

A good place to stay for a few days at the time.
Pros:

It is very clean and quiet. Far but not too far away from stations and shops.

Cons:

There is no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean during a long stay. There also is a need for a towel to wipe dishes. If the suitcase is heavy, it takes some strength to bring it to the elevator.

host disponibili ad ogni richiesta, appartamento in una zona molto tranquilla a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione jr e metro a piedi. Appartamento spazioso e dotato di ogni cosa necessaria. al check out ci ha fatto stare fino alle 12 del mattino anche se il check out era previsto alle 11. sicuramente ci ritornerò
