Staff are very welcoming, location is very good and near Chun Xi road, have got all the amenities you need, staff are responsive whenever you WeChat them for something you need
aircon have got a bit of musty smell, some room freshener/fabric freshener will work. location is a little deeper in - you need to walk about 50m to the main road to ride a cab
The 'kitchen woman' is pleasant in serving diners.
Unfortunately the lifts to the guest rooms r share with other offices in the building. Thus long waiting times.

I liked everything, the hotel location, the room, the reception staff were excellent, I'm happy I was back in this hotel again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great environment during the stays. They have free tea everyday for guest as well. Great location , just a bridge distance to Chun Xi Road which is very convenient.
Location and transportation: The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is only a few minutes' walk from Chunxi Road Subway Station. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning and hot water supply are good. The service attitude is good, and there is red sugar ginger tea when you check in. It is very considerate and can provide a home-coming feeling.
The price is reasonable, the cost-performance ratio is high, and the living environment is better than that of the same-priced express hotels. It is strongly recommended to business travelers or friends traveling, the location is superior, and there are many shopping and food options around.

Very hard to find on google map and so on, please provide name in Chinese for better accurate accommodation place, despite connect directly from booking location the map still shown the wrong place which took us almost 2 h to get to this hotel.( via apple map, google map and booking map). Also, the of the outside was not accurate.
I loved everything about this property. Firstly, customer care is just expectational; the hotel staff is so kind and goes beyond to help guests and make them comfortable. Second, the value for money in this amazing property is just too good, my room was huge and had all the amenities such as robes, sewing kids, slippers, toothbrushes, hair combs, vanity kits and beautiful scented showers gels, shampoos and lotions. The rooms get cleaned every day and two bottles of water are left in your room every day, but bottles of water are available throughout the property for free. My room had such a huge shower and the toilet was separate from the shower. The hotel is very luxurious for me and for the amount I paid. Thirdly, the hotel is located in the center of Chengdu, close to all the luxury shopping malls and restaurants. Fourth, the breakfast was amazing, it was a buffet and the food was just endless and so good. All in all, I enjoyed staying at this property and I highly recommend anyone travelling to Chengdu to stay at this property. In addition, the Wi-Fi worked so well, very fast and is available everywhere in the hotel.
The lifts are always busy and can be slow, but I hate elevators so it didn't bother me much as I preferred taking the stairs.
The other thing I didn't like is that the use of Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards is very limited as some establishments have their local preferred forms of payment via digital wallets like WeChat Pay and Ali Pay. Therefore, I advise anyone wishing to stay at this property or go to China in general, please have cash but change it to the local currency Yuan/RMB before entering the country or at the airport as changing money within the city is almost impossible.
The locations is perfect. The staff are so polite & helpful.
In general, everything was 10 out of 10. The would be great if they have sauna or spa.
