First of all they told us we could have a late check-out out but during the check-in they charged us more than half a day. The bed was not clean there was hair from the previous guest,

More or less fair price.
Pros:

Location is fine, staff was trying to help.

Cons:

The cleaning of the rooms was not every day. There were no mini bars in the rooms. The sauna and the pool were both as described on booking. ACs were working not very good in the rooms. The rest is ok.

Close to Airport - 10..20k UZS taxi ride if you use Yandex Go app, 50..100k otherwise

Cons:

Hotel location won't be very convenient if you plan to explore the city.
AC in our room was weak and noisy.

We missed our train and arrived a few hours later than I prevously had told. After arriving to the hotel we were told that our booking had been cancelled. Terrible service

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, location close to the airport, room cleanness

Cons:

Bathrooms. Although the hotel is not so old, the bathrooms need to be checked and repaired where needed

Great place to relax, good food and good location !
Pros:

Large spacious room, clean, modern, comfortable large beds, spacious bathroom with walk in shower and rain shower. The hotel and room it is really just like on the pictures.
Very good breakfast, buffet, large selection.
There is a bar at the top of the hotel, overlooking the city.
The hotel looks new. Highly recommended !
