Cửa phòng tắm bị hư,cái vòi xịt rửa vs bị mất cái móc nên bị vất xuống đất,không dọn phòng hàng ngày,khi nào yêu cầu mới dọn,không có thang máy nên mang đồ lên xuống cực.
