Horrible
Pros:

I was i formed when I reached the reception that rooms were not available to me even after I booked them long time back. No calls or email was done to me regarding this. My entire stay & plans were hampered because of this irresponsible management this hotel caters.

Room lacks basic facilities!
Pros:

It is very near to the Guwahati airport.

Cons:

I took Deluxe room but it wasn’t like a deluxe room. It lacks basic facilities. Room is small, 1 chair, small wall desk, no wardrobe to keep your clothes, bag and shoes. If you order room service, you have to eat on the floor or bed. It is ok for people with bags, going in to sleep and check out in the morning otherwise no good.

Starting from reception services, food services, everything was good, except for the loud noise at night in the hotel corridor while cleaning other rooms adjacent to mine. It made me, as a solo traveler, feel tense and anxious while trying to rest. Other than that, my one-day journey at RKD Hotel was cool and convenient."

great value for money
Pros:

the location was perfect for us since we took a flight the next morning. 5 minute drive from the airport. we were very happy with the room, very nice restaurant in the hotel and welcoming staff
