There were stains on the sheets around the mattress vents, looked like bed bugs. The whole place was filthy and dirty. Gross, waste of time and money.

If the yelling from the outside playground, everything would have been great.
Pros:

Hotel para no volver.
Cons:

Empezar diciendo que se anuncia como hotel de 3 estrellas y solo dispone de una estrella.
Día 1: Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que entrar por cafetería. La cena consistía en lo que había sobrado del menú de la comida. Tuvimos que llamar al camarero 2 veces y después de 20 minutos, nos trajo el menú.
Día 2: Cuando llegamos por la tarde, la habitación estaba sin hacer. Avisamos y solo hicieron la cama. No cambiaron ni sábanas ni toallas. Ponemos reclamación por escrito que dudo la hayan presentado. Tampoco repusieron ni el papel higiénico.
Día 3: Abandonamos el hotel 1 día antes ya que resulta vergonzoso y al igual que el primer día, tampoco había nadie en recepción por lo que tuvimos que entregar la tarjeta de la habitación en cafetería. Evidentemente no nos dieron ningún justificante que indicara que habíamos entregado la tarjeta y abandonábamos el hotel.
Pongo reclamación a Booking y el hotel ni siquiera contesta para dar una explicación. La solución de Booking tampoco es aceptable.
Un hotel al que no volveré y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. La estancia fue totalmente penosa.

Det var sjældent, at der var nogen i receptionen. Heller ikke ved udtjekning. Der var ekstremt koldt på værelset. Ikke rart at opholde sig der.

Fín de semana alargado en Nájera
Pros:

- La ubicación, con el gran parking público y gratuito disponible
- Al lado de la estación de autobuses
- El personal muy atento
- La formula media pensión

Cons:

- Pocos amenities disponibles, salvo un cepillo y una mini pasta de dientes ...
- Despedirme del hotel esta mañana. Me hubiera gustado quedarme un poco más !
