Cheap and cheerful stay in Arnold
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Close to local amenities. Value for money. Good allocated off road parking. Located in established residential area.

Cons:

Finish not great i.e sealant coming away from shower tray, shower very slow to empty so standing in water and run the risk of overflowing, towel rail not fixed to wall, missing kitchen items such as can opener, not enough crockery for two people and apartment much smaller than anticipated. Bathroom very cold!

Pros:

The hot water for the shower is on a timer so if you're thinking about having a shower in the afternoon you will meet cold water and you don't get a generic answer if you try to contact the host if you have any questions

Cons:

Apart from the above, it's all good nice

Prima voor een paar dagen, betaalbaar!

De locatie is goed en de faciliteiten

Cons:

Het bed is echt heel klein en oncomfortabel, helaas hadden we ook problemen met de thermostaatkraan in de douche. Deze was lastig om de juist temperatuur te krijgen, op 1 dag moesten we zelfs koud douchen omdat de kraan niet warm werd.

Would recommend
Pros:

The room is not large but adequate especially for a single person.
The room has a double bed
The water pressure in the shower is very high
The room has the necessary amenities
The surroundings are clean
There is ample parking

Cons:

Bin in the room was not properly cleaned before check-in. When the bin bag was removed, it revealed a dirty bin
The toilet seems faulty as waste particles always float back into the toilet bowl a couple of minutes after flushing
The sink in the bathroom is in a weird location - on top of the toilet tank. Hence it can't be used for brushing
The key safe seems broken, as any code opens it
Noise at night from neighbours in the same building - not too often though

Pros:

When I booked three different rooms of varying sizes and rates on Booking.com on this same property, I chose the higher-priced room, assuming it would be the biggest room shown as the first image on the website. However, I got smaller room instead, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the room heating was very poor.

I enjoyed my stay, will definitely come back
Pros:

Everything was there including kitchen utensils, the heater was very efficient, was warm all weekend, I didn’t travel with my car but I like the fact the property has a parking space and the checking was very smooth, did not have to wait for anyone to let me in.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small for two people, the size of the room on the advert was different from what I was in.
