Pros:

Easy grab and go breakfast. Affordable!
A space for the adults in the bed and a pull out couch for the toddler.
Loved the showers.
Rotating TV for both spaces.
It felt safe , clean and secure in the room.

Cons:

Toilet paper was thin.

An impressive facility.
Pros:

The room layout was fabulous. I really enjoyed the rollout desk and the revolving television. I enjoyed the tranquility of the valley.

Cons:

My coffee maker didn't work after trying on consecutive days. The location is a little distant from downtown Reno.

New Motel and the Staff!

Cons:

Some outdoor areas needed, but that is not really a negative, because the next Phase of construction will include more outdoor features.

Pros:

My TRI Suites staff are extremely helpful. Made contact around room, to ensure it was ground floor. Then on the day of arrival our flight was 5hrs delayed, so we ended up arriving around midnight. The staff member Catherine, was friendly, polite and helpful. Also dealt with Danielle again, friendly, polite & helpful.

The bed was super comfortable, and best night sleep at a US hotel, in a long time. Highly recommend

Pros:

It was in the middle of nowhere even though the property said it was in Sparks. It was 17 miles from Sparks in an industrial wasteland.

Felt a bit risky due to location but was one of the best places I've stayed.
Pros:

Everything. It's very clean and modernized. The beds are super comfy. It's well equipped with toiletries that are actually nice. Towels are soft. The manager was especially helpful and great. We got lost and called for directions, a quick pick up despite being past 10pm. I was a bit frantic but he was able to be very patient and a caring person, gave easy directions and we were there in a jiffy. Had a bit of a mishap with the room booked online and he adjusted our room rate to the price advertised without us even asking. Good value and honest place. AC is excellent. Fridge ran well. Lovely options for coffee bar and complimentary water. Really a great place.

Cons:

The location is a bit rough and tricky. Not a great sight to see as of now, but things look under development to be an easier area to access.
