Urgent: Unauthorized Booking and Lack of Action
Cons:

My Booking.com account was hacked and used to make a fraudulent reservation at this hotel using my credits. I reported the fraud immediately to both the hotel and Booking.com.
Despite this, the guest was allowed to check in, stay, and have breakfast without interruption. No meaningful action was taken after I warned them that the booking was unauthorized.
The lack of response and action is deeply concerning. When a fraud case is reported in advance and nothing is done, it raises serious questions about how such situations are handled and whether sufficient effort is made to prevent obvious misuse.
Customers should not have to watch scammers enjoy a stay while their compromised accounts are ignored.

The room was old and worn out and not clean. there was mold in the bathroom and it was not clean either. the toilet smelled. the air conditioning did not work well either, bedding was dirty.

staff is friendly and very helpful. location is good as its very near the airport. we missed the shutter bus to the airport, counter staff offered and arrange airport transfer via the hotel's car free of charge. its very much appreciated.

had a nice dinner with my family in the restaurant, forget the name of the girl who is incharge in the restaurant, she is so friendly and nice, help us a lot
the restaurant don't have many choice for the food, but that's not bad ,

waiting my room till 3 pm, which is we already confirmed since the night before,
and it was my father birthday , I ask them about the cake in the room, but is not ready yet, and we need to wait, and the staff told me they will give us complimentary for the cake, but in the end when I did checkin they asked me to pay the cake, that's funny, but that's okay,
