It’s still good enough if you guys stay only one night
Pros:

The room is quite equipped, all the prices are clearly written

Cons:

The room is not as expected, there is only one bed, the bathroom and a fridge. Maybe because we booked the cheapest one? Another is the room is not very clean, like we always feel there is something not right. The staff quite weird, they didn’t tell us about the extra fee or warn about it before.

Acceptable for a short stay
Pros:

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Great wifi. Air conditioning works perfectly. Staff are available at the front desk.

Cons:

There was a rotten, moldy smell in the room, and the room was not completely clean. I found a few hairs and the bathroom floor was a little wet and sticky when I arrived. The hot water for the shower also runs out after turning it on for 2 minutes.

Poor location, unclean, definitely not a "homestay." Is there a definition of homestay?
Pros:

We only stayed for a ten minutes - just time to assess that this was not a place in which we would be comfortable and book another place.
We are grateful to the receptionist discounting us sufficient to get a taxi away ...

Cons:

The location is awful - down a deserted alley off a lane with many mechanics' workshops. It is neither convenient for restaurants, cafes nor sites. The collection of condoms available in the room gives the wrong sort of message for travellers. Perhaps it caters for young local couples in which case the condoms might be a good idea. The bath mat was soaking wet as was the toilet paper and a collection of cleaner's ?? hairs on the floor is not acceptable even if the price is relatively low.
