We booked it for the first time into Fabhotels and we ain't booking again for sure.

We stayed at a property registered under your property named Ankita Guest House, we thought it would say Fab hotels and we had a pathetic experience, it was awful to even called as a hotel .

1. The picture shown to us and the actual room was no where close .
2. They had no amenities working none of them worked no Ac, no fan , no geysers nothing seems to work .
3. The linen was torn and had stained on it.
4. The bath towel was of the worst quality ever .

I think you should shut this property it better be called a 2 star lodge than a hotel, if this is the kind of property you are enrolling in your franchise please have a look into that it even exists , because to us it wasn't .
