A very comfortable bed which is a must for me.

Breakfast is very convenient — there are plenty of nearby restaurants and cafés, and you can even enjoy pho first thing in the morning, which I loved.

Our stay at Khang’s House in Nha Trang was a very negative and uncomfortable experience.

From arrival, the reception was cold and unwelcoming. The property no longer has a proper reception area as shown in the photos. The male manager immediately requested passports and payment, with no sense of hospitality.

The room did not match the listing. It had no window, despite being advertised otherwise. The ventilation system and air conditioning filter were visibly dirty. When we asked if this could be cleaned, we were told to wait until the next day. Even when we offered to handle it ourselves with a ladder, this was refused.

There was also a clear smell of smoke in the room. When asked about this, the male manager avoided giving a direct answer.

The atmosphere in this property is not welcoming. There are strict and unclear rules, including no access to the kitchen (only for long-term guests) and mentions of fines without transparency.

Basic facilities were not properly available. We were told to message in advance whenever we wanted hot water at night for a shower, which is not reasonable for a paying guest.

The most serious issue occurred the next day. During cleaning hours, while I was quietly working in the room at the desk, the male manager demanded that I leave immediately and raised his voice in an aggressive and unacceptable manner. The situation escalated to the point where it felt unsafe. This behavior raised serious concerns about safety for guests.

His partner later stepped in, apologized, and handled the situation more professionally, including refunding the remaining nights. However, we were also asked not to leave a negative review and to mark the stay as a "no show," which we declined.

Guests should be aware of this behavior before booking.

Due to the aggressive behavior, hygiene issues, misleading information, and lack of basic hospitality, we chose to leave after one night.

I would not recommend this property.

Tiện nghi, sạch sẽ.

ho trovato la camera da letto molto confortevole, specialmente il letto molto morbido e comodo ,il bagno aveva una doccia con un'ottima pressione e nel complesso sono stato molto bene due settimane.

There is on site security, he sits outside the front so it’s secure place to stay.

Price is good.
Rooms and areas are very clean.
The Building is well maintained.
Owner is helpful.
Cleaning is happening everyday.
Absolutely zero mosquitos. Unusual for any apartment, place is kept in tip top condition.

Idéalement placé à 400m de la plage..Hôtel modern avec des équipements de très bonne qualité...le meilleur matelas queen size que j'ai après 3mois de voyage.. excellent restaurant végétarien en face de l'hôtel.coffee shops.. clinique dentaire performante à proximité.

Everything was good, I think that’s good value for that price.

Home ở trung tâm nên tiện cho việc di chuyển, không gian ấm cúng, chú bảo vệ ca tối nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Chị chủ cũng thân thiện nữa, chỗ ở sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi trong phòng, dù là hạng phòng nhỏ nhưng mình rất hài lòng.

Номер удобный и большой. Сантехника новая,кровать большая и комфортная.
Полотенца и воду меняли каждый день
До пляжа 10 минут неспешным шагом.
На выходе из отеля классная мини кофейня подают 🥐 круассан с горячим шоколадом и вкусным кофе.
