The view was really incredible and the host went absolutely above and beyond.

Nadherny, utulny dum, soukromi, cele patro pro sebe, plne vybavena kuchyn, koupelna, rucniky, sprchovy gel, sampon, kondicioner, fen na vlasy, pracka, susicka. Majitele jsou velice prijemni lide, ochotni a napomocni. Rada se sem vratim.

The view, the kindness and good care of the host. He gave privacy in his house to us, but as well very nice to do a drink with him on the veranda in the evening looking out over the sea

From the moment I received the most memorable welcome I've ever received from a host, I knew why all the rave reviews. Cosmim goes out of his way to make you feel at home. His kindness, courtesy, and respect are second to none. The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in, glorious views and beautiful furniture make this place a wonderful experience.
Everything I could hope for was there, and if not, Cosmim supplied it forthwith.

Cosmin is such an excellent host. His home is beyond clean, and he goes out of his way to make sure your stay is exceptional. The view is unbelievable. I cannot Vista do Topo enough.

Everything at this stay was just perfect. The host is really dedicated and helpful. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The area is peaceful and quiet, it is good to relax from the city in this environment. Morning coffee with view from Cosmins terrace is worth every penny. You can really fell like home during your stay. In the house there is well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms are comfy and bathrooms are really clean. The host is prepared for every Azores weather conditions- during the bad one you can use Netflix chill room. ♥️

I loved the welcoming feeling I got the minute I arrived. Cosmin was friendly and so kind! The beautiful antique furniture reminded me of home. I had the apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. I cooked and even baked cookies I bought frozen at the local market. The location is walking distance to the town of Povoacao.
I slept 10 hours the first two nights here. The bed and pillows were so comfy.
I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this wonderful place and I plan to come back! I wish I’d booked my whole two weeks here.
There’s so many places to go and see on this side of the island. Cosmin made a book with all the attractions and a big map to show you where they are! He was so helpful. I had a car and I was able to park here.
The sunsets off the terrace were the best! I also did yoga on the terrace in the morning. Fabulous and relaxing!
I really felt comfortable here as a solo traveller. 💚💚

I originally only had two nights here but ended up booking the whole week. I love, love, love this place and anyone who wants a cozy homey place to stay needs to stay here.

Vista do Topo es realmente una maravilla de casa de principio a fin. Tienen buen gusto a la hora de decorar, las instalaciones son perfectas y el personal es muy agradable. La puntuación es 😍😍😍😍😍

Diese Unterkunft war super. Sie hat unserer Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen.
Der Hausherr war extrem zuvorkommend und nett. Die Ausstattung war beispielhaft. Nette Goodies wie Käse und Butter und Milch im Kühlschrank. Eine Grundausstattung Knabberzeug und eine Flasche Guter Wein.
Wenn wie wieder mal in die Gegend kommen, dann garantiert hierher.

Very roomy, clean and well provision with supplies. The ocean view was grand. The host was very customer service oriented.

Everything about Vista do Topo is just more than perfect. Amazing friendly host, who does everything to make you feel at home, and a home is what Vista do Topo is. Spacious, beautifull interior, great terrasses, awesome view in quiet surroundings and all amenities you can wish for.

Wonderfull place with a stunning vista. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is at the ground floor of the house and has exterior
space. Cosmin is a very kind and thoughtfull person. I do recommend this very quite and clean place.
