location was handy to everything.
When it rained heavily the building sustains water damage and minor flooding
Great location. Simple room and clean. Nice water pressure. A lot of little touches which were nice. Welcoming Jazz music playing and the aircon on. Very homey. All in all would stay again.
A bit noisy from the outside, in. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Only one towel for us.

Internet was very bad and leak in the air condition
The room was cozy and has a good design so far. The owner provided a drinking water just in case the renter has a sensitive stomach. Overall, it's exceptional.
It doesn't have hair dryer and slippers. The bed was too soft which I'm not that comfortable.

Black mould on ceiling. No towels at first. Power outage for an hour on the first day.
