Anew must improve.
Pros:

Not much to write home about.

Cons:

1. The road going there at night is too dark and scary.
2. The bed is old and uncomfortable
3. The aircon is too old and doesn't work properly
4. Some staff are just lazy and sit there doing nothing without helping even with bags. I mean why are they there? No offering of a trolley at least. Poor service
4. The shower is too small that a big person can ever fit in. Anew must take people serious. The furniture is of 1900. Come on Anew. I know it's not all of them but why can't they be standard
5. Fortunately, I didn't order breakfast. I wonder how it could have been

Pros:

Everything about it was the excellent

Cons:

The level of noise from the other guests was too much. I understood that they were there for a conference and had paid.. But should have been civil towards others. It went on until very late at night and about 5am they were already up and talking.. The loud knocks on their doors, shouting each other's names .

This is not the hotels fault but should have been managed

Hotel amazing ,restaurant Ciello disappointing
Pros:

The feeling that you far away from home , but even tho you not , the build was beautiful, the view was amazing even tho had a highway right there

Cons:

The restaurant Ciello was very expensive and money wise not worth , the buffet for supper and maybe lunch time isn't worth the 400 rand they want you to pay , they breakfast was good , but was apart of the hotel package, I dont even want to know what they charge for breakfast buffet, they are to expensive

Not value for money and poor service
Cons:

No hot water. No communication. Four days at this hotel and not once was the hot water fixed. Spending alot of money in this accommodation and no communication and was not moved to a better room. The frustration after giving time to fix the issues is at its highest.

Will not book here again.
